Low Country Crab Cakes

back fin crab meat
bread crumbs
egg yolk
salt
white pepper
fresh green pepper, diced
shallot onions, diced
egg
chopped fresh garlic
Worcestershire sauce
Procedure:

1.  Combine cooked backfin crabmeat with bread crumbs.
2.  Add whole egg, egg yolk, green pepper, shallot onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
3.  Shape the mixture into 2-1/2 oz small round cakes.
4.  Bread with egg wash and flour.
5.  Deep fry at 350ºF for 1 minute or until golden brown.
