1. Stir sauce ingredients to blend.
2. Smear on the outside and in the cavity of the salmon.
3.
Double wrap in foil.
4. Broil on the grill, turning once half way through cooking time.
Cook 10 minutes for each
inch of thickness (measure at the thickest part of the salmon).
May be baked in a 425ºF oven instead.
No need to turn over if cooked in oven.
It makes a very moist and well seasoned dish.
