1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Combine first six ingredients.
3. In second bowl mix corned beef
and 1 cup of the egg mixture.
4. Stir dry bread crumbs into the hash mixture.
5. Put hash mixture into
lightly greased 9" square baking dish.
6. Top with remaining egg mixture.
7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
- or until set.
May serve with Chi-Chi’s Salsa.
