1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Fry sausage until cooked.
3. Remove sausage from skillet and drain
on a paper towel.
4. Reserve 2 T of the fat.
5. Saute onion and green pepper in the reserved fat for 2
- 3 minutes.
6. Slice sausage.
7. Combine cheese and flour in a bowl.
8. Stir in sausage slices,
green pepper and onion.
9. Spread in pie crust shell.
10. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the
shell over other ingredients.
11. Bake on a cookie sheet for 35 - 40 minutes, or until browned and filling is set.
