1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Grease muffin tins (or use cupcake liners)
3. Mix well.
4.
Pour batter into muffin tins.
5. Bake for 35-45 minutes (until lightly browned)
6. Remove from oven and
brush with melted butter.
This is a light and slightly sweet muffin.
Yields: 24 muffins
You could cut this recipe in half if you want to drink half a can of beer!!!
