Ingredients:
1 1/4 c 1/2 tsp 1/4 tsp 1/4
tsp 1/2 c 1/4 c 2 - 3 T 2 |
medium
butternut squash (about 8-9" long)* butter or margarine cinnamon nutmeg allspice brown sugar sugar
milk eggs salt | *
You will need 6-7 cups of cooked squash cubes
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Grease a 9" x 9" baking dish. (or a 1 1/2qt casserole dish).
- Peel the squash,cut it in half & remove the seeds, then cube and boil it till done.
- Mash the squash.
- Using an electric beater blend the rest of the ingredients into the squash.
- Pour into the greased dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
