Procedure:
- Mix dressing ingredients well.
- Let set for at least half an hour before using.
Will refrigerate well for a week or two.
- Mix cabbage, carrots, raisins and walnuts in a bowl.
- Stir in enough of the dressing to thinly coat all ingredients ---
Use according to your own taste as to just how creamy
you want your finished slaw to be.
I have made this slaw for years without the raisins or walnuts and just added them on a whim recently....Wow!!
