Peanut Butter Jumbos

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c

peanut butter
butter, softened
sugar
brown sugar, packed
eggs
vanilla extract
quick cooking oats
baking soda
miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
miniature M&M’s
Procedure:
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cram peanut butter, butter and sugars.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating will after each addition.
  4. Beat in vanilla.
  5. Combine oats and baking soda.
  6. Gradually add to creamed mixture.
  7. Stir in chips and M&M’s.
  8. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  9. Bake for 12 - 14 minutes or until edges are browned.
  10. Remove to wire racks.
Yields: 9 dozen

These are soft and chewy cookies!
This recipe does not use flour. Reduced-fat or generic brands of peanut butter are not recommended!
