1.  Preheat oven to 350ºF. 
2.  Combine all ingredients except sesame seeds and skim milk. 
3. 
                                             Mix until like coarse crumbs. 
4.  Stir in the sesame seeds. 
5.  Gradually add and stir in just enough milk
                                             to form dough into a ball. 
6.  Roll on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. 
7.  Cut with a 2-inch
                                             cutter. 
8.  Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until firm.
