Procedure:
** I use either the 'big chunk mixed fruit' or individual cans of fruit. Peaches, pears, apricots, pineapple, dark sweet
cherries. You could use which ever fruits you like best!
- Drain all of the canned fruits.
- Cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces.
- Add fruit to a large bowl.
- Sprinkle dry pudding mix over fruit and stir well.
- Cover and let set over night.
- The mixture will become "juicier" as it sits.
Serve alone or over plain cake (such as angel food, or pound cake).
This always went over well at office parties in the heart of winter when fresh fruit is hard to come by!
