broccoli tomato, chopped (16-oz)
kidney beans (drained and rinsed) chopped onion shredded cheddar ( you can use lite) salt ranch dressing (you
can use lite)
Procedure:
Place 1" of water and broccoli in a skillet, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
Cover and remove from heat, let stand 3 - 4 minutes.
Drain and pat dry.
In a bowl toss broccoli, tomato, beans, onions , cheese and salt.
Drizzle with dressing, toss to coat.
Hmmmmm...I wonder why you couldn’t put a few whole walnuts, or pinenuts
or some such thing. I am going to try it with something like garlic and herb vinaigrette dressing. We have found that we really
like those darn things and they go a lot further than the ranch or thicker dressings....
