Pistachio Fluff

Ingredients:
1 pkg
1 can
1 cup
1/2 c
1 1/2 c
(4-serving size) Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
(20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
miniature marshmallows
chopped pecans
(1/2 of 8 oz tub) thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
Procedure:
  1. Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended.
  2. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Yield: 8 1/2 cup servings (or two servings if I’m home alone).
