Procedure:
Rub Mix:
Combine seasonings.
Coat pork evenly with the rub.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 3 hours for stronger flavor.
Grill Method:
Lightly grease grill rack.
Preheat grill to medium heat or use indirect heat method.
Grill 30-55 minutes or until pork registers 160° F with meat thermometer, turning occasionally.
Remove from grill, cover with aluminum foil.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into thing slices.
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 325° F.
Bake covered until registers 160° F on meat thermometer.
Optional may put stuffing around tenderloin.
Uncover last hour or so to have stuffing and loan brown.
If there is grease drain off before serving.
Serves 6 This rub works great on pork roasts also. These can be
grilled or baked in the oven. Dressing….I use bread stuffing but corn bread stuffing would work also.
