Ingredients:
1 1 c 1 can 1 can 1 pkg
3/4 c dash dash dash 1 tsp 1 c |
finely
chopped sweet mild onion (about 1 cup) celery, finely chopped (6-oz.) crabmeat (check for broken shells), undrained
(4 - 6oz) medium or tiny shrimp, undrained (8 oz) cream cheese, softened mayo pepper salt Creole seasoning
(to taste) Worcestershire sauce buttered cracker or bread crumbs |
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Grease 9" x 13" glass baking dish with butter.
- In large bowl combine vegetables.
- Stir in softened cream cheese.
- Stir in shrimp and crab.
- Stir in mayo and seasonings.
- Spoon into prepared dish and sprinkle with crumbs.
- Bake until crust is a golden brown, about 30 minutes.
It will be really bubbly and runny at first, but with the
cream cheese, will set up after it cools a little.
Boy, did it go fast. Good warm or cold.
