1. Combine sugar and cocoa.
2. Add margarine, milk, and vanilla.
3. Beat with a fork, then a
spoon, until icing is smooth.
4. Spread on warm cake and let cool completely.
This icing is almost like fudge! Quick, easy, and very good......
Note: this icing/frosting is used on a warm cake, so it is probably not a good idea to use it on a layer cake, as I believe
the layers would slide. Use it on a pound cake or a sheet cake or any cake that is only one layer.
