1.  Mix filling ingredients thoroughly.
2.  Spread evenly over tortillas and roll up. 
3.  Chill in
                                             refrigerator for a couple of hours.
4.  Cut each roll into 1- inch pieces. 
5.  Arrange on dish with your
                                             favorite salsa or picante sauce for dipping. 
                                             Note: Kraft or Sargento Four cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese is great and the olives may be optional but recommended. Also
                                             try black olives.
