sharp cheddar cheese, grated
(1/4 ounce each) cream cheese, at room temperature mayonnaise (4 oz) pimentos Garlic powder (or to taste)
Procedure:
1. Drain pimentos, reserving the liquid. 2. Blend in a mixer the cheeses, pimentos, garlic powder and about
1 or 2 tablespoons of the liquid from the pimentos.
That's it! Eat on bread, crackers, celery.....whatever.
