1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place
in a lightly greased 9" x 13" inch baking dish.
4. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika,
and parsley.
5. Mix well.
6. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover.

Cover baking dish with foil.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
9. Remove foil and discard.
10. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture.
11. Return
to over and continue to bake (uncovered) for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices
run clear.
12. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
