1. Preheat oven to 200ºC. (390 - 395ºF)
2. Mix crust ingredients all together and leave covered somewhere
'cozy'.
3. On the stove melt the butter in a pan.
4. Add the sugar, split almonds and honey.

Bring to the boil whilst stirring.
6. Switch your stove off.
7. Spread the 'rested' dough onto a baking
sheet the size of your oven (normal ovens).
8. Spread your almond/butter/sugar/honey mixture over the top.
9.
Place into the oven for 15 minutes or until you find your top is golden/browny.
10. Bring it out, let it rest for
a bit and cut into 2" x 3" pieces.
