1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
2. Mix all ingredients except egg whites, using pastry blender.
3. Spread
on greased cookie sheet, 1/4-inch thick.
4. Beat egg whites until frothy.
5. Spread on top and put a layer
of pecans on top.
6. Press pecans down.
7. Bake for 30 minutes.
8. Cool 10 minutes.
