1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
2. Line a 9" x 9" cake pan with foil, leaving 'handles' to use later!

Melt margarine into that pan.
4. Mix other ingredients well.
5. Spread mixture lightly into pan - do not
press the mixture.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
7. Cool completely.
8. Cut into 1 1/2" x 3" cookies.

Use the 'handles' to lift the noel out of the pan.
10. Turn the noel over and peel off the foil.
11. Sprinkle the back side with confectioners sugar.
