1. Combine sugar, vanilla & sour cream in a large saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat ONLY.
3. Bring
to a boil and boil gently for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Pour walnuts into a large bowl.
5. Pour
the hot liquid onto the nuts and stir until well-coated.
6. Spread on a "Pam-ed" cookie sheet ... or one covered
with waxed paper.
Store in mason jars.
DO NOT store in a plastic container.
