1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 9" x 9" x 2" pan with non-fat cooking spray.
3. Combine
all but raisins in a medium-sized bowl.
4. Mix with electric mixer on high speed for 3 minutes.
5. Pour
mixture into a prepared pan and add raisins.
6. Bake 30-35 minutes.
7. Cut while warm.
8. Refrigerate
unused portion.
