1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2
can onions.
3. May add a layer of chicken or turkey to bottom of pan to make a "complete" meal.
4. Pour
into a 9" x 13" casserole.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Top with remaining cheese and onions (in diagonal
stripes).
7. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
