Mexican Shrimp on the Grill

Ingredients:
1/2 lb
2 T
2 tsp

1/2 c
fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
lemon juice
chili oil
clove garlic, minced
minced fresh cilantro
Procedure:

1.  Combine all ingredient in a bowl or zip-lock plastic bag.
2.  Toss gently to coat all the shrimp.
3.  Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
4.  Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.
5.  Thread shrimp onto 4 8-inch wooden skewers.
6.  Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
7.  Place skewers on rack over medium hot coals.
8.  Cook for 4 minutes each side, basting frequently with marinade.

Shrimp is SO good prepared this way!
