Honey/Sesame Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 (3/4 lb)
1/4 c
1 c
pork tenderloin
honey
sesame seeds, lightly toasted
Ginger Marinade:
1/4 c

soy sauce
cloves garlic, sliced
piece ginger, peeled and sliced thin
Teriyaki Marinade:
1/2 c
1 c

2 T
vegetable oil
soy sauce
brown sugar
cloves of garlic, mashed
grated fresh ginger (I've substituted ground)
sherry
Procedure:

1.  Combine the ingredients for your choice of marinade in a dish just large enough to hold pork tenderloin or in a large sealable plastic bag.
2.  Add meat, cover (or seal) and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour turning several times.
3.  Remove tenderloin from marinade and pat dry.
4.  Spread honey on a plate and roll meat in it.
5.  Spread sesame seeds on another plate and roll the tenderloin in them coating all sides.
6.  Preheat over to 400.
7.  Place coated tenderloin in a roasting pan.
8.  Roast meat for 20 minutes or until it isn't pink.
9.  Let the roast stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
