1. Spray crock pot with Pam.
2. In the bottom of crock pot put four or five balls of scrunched up pieces
of aluminum foil.
3. Either put whole cloves of garlic here and there under the skin of the chicken and season,
or just add whatever seasoning you like such as salt/pepper, Lawrey's seasoned salt, lemon pepper, or whatever you like.

Put chicken into crock pot breast side down.
5. Cook 1 hour per pound on High.
