1. Sort through crabmeat, discarding any shell or membrane.
2. In a large bowl, mix everything, EXCEPT
the oil.
3. Form into 8 patties.
4. Heat oil in a large skillet.
5. Fry patties over medium
heat, about 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Drain on paper towels.
