Chicken-Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

1 can

large Chicken breasts, boneless, skinned
Cream of chicken soup
Cream of celery soup
Cream of mushroom soup
celery, diced
Converted rice
Procedure:

1.  Mix in crock-pot the 3 cans of soup and rice.
2.  Place the chicken on top of the mixture, then add the diced celery.
3.  Cook for 3 hours on high or about 6 to 7 hours on low.

Yield: 4 servings.

More rice, about 1/2 cup, and 2 more chicken breasts may be added to make 6 servings.
