1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Mix the meat ball ingredients thoroughly.
3. Shape into 1 or 1 1/4
inch balls.
4. Brown in frying pan with small amount of grease.
5. Transfer browned meat balls to roasting
pan.
6. Put onion and margarine in a pan and cook just until the onion is transparent.
7. Add remaining
sauce ingredients and simmer for ten minutes.
8. Pour sauce over meat balls.
9. Roast in oven for 1 1/4
- 1 1/2 hours.
We love them served with mashed potatoes for dinner!
Great as an hors d’oeuvre too.
