Baked Penne Pasta

Ingredients:
1 jar
3 c
1 pkg
3/4 c
1 pkg
(26 to 28 oz) spaghetti sauce
rotini pasta or penne pasta, cooked, drained
(16 oz) frozen vegetable blend, thawed
grated Parmesan cheese, divided
(8 oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Procedure:

1.  Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2.  Mix spaghetti sauce, pasta, vegetables and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
3.  Spoon into 13" x 9" baking dish or 3-quart casserole.
4.  Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
5.  Bake for 20 minutes.
