Ayers Rock Meatloaf

Ingredients:

mince steak (1 lb ground steak)
sausage meat (1 lb)
egg
milk
fresh bread crumbs
medium onion
curry powder
parsley chopped/dried
salt and pepper to taste
water
Sauce:
1/2 c
1/2 c
1/2 c
1/2 c
1 tsp
1oz
2 tsp
water
tomato sauce
Worcestershire sauce
brown sugar
coffee
margarine
lemon juice
Procedure:

Sauce:
1.  Place ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil.
2.  Simmer approx 5 min.

Meatloaf:
1.  Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2.  Mix all meatloaf ingredients together.
3.  Make an Ayers Rock
4.  Bake in baking tin, no greasing necessary.
5.  Bake for 30 min.
6.  Pour sauce over the meatloaf and cook for a further 45min.
7.  Baste often.
