Country Fried Ham, Biscuits & Redeye Gravy

Ingredients:
3 slices
1/4 c
1/4 tsp

country ham, 1/4-inch thick
coffee (water if you prefer)
sugar
large biscuits
Procedure:

1.  Fry ham on each side.
2.  Remove ham from drippings.
3.  Stir in coffee and sugar.
4.  Put the ham back in gravy.
5.  Simmer till hot.
6.  Split biscuits open.
7.  Put ham inside of each biscuit and one to two teaspoons of the gravy in each.
