Crock Pot Roast Beef

From:  BumbleBee
Ingredients:
1
1 envelope
1 jar
chuck or pot roast (to fit in your cooker)
Good Seasons Garlic and Herb salad dressing mix
Pepperoncinis**, juice and all.
Procedure:
  1. Put a chuck/pot roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Over the meat, sprinkle ONE envelope of Good Seasons Garlic and Herb salad dressing mix.
  3. Pour over the roast, ONE jar of Pepperoncinis**, juice and all.
  4. Cook on high for one hour.
  5. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10-12 hours.
**Depending on the size of your roast, you can use either a small jar or a large jar. In my store, Pepperoncinis are located on the same shelf with the olives and pickles.

I usually start cooking it as soon as I get up in the morning and it's ready by dinner time. (and the house smells WONDERFUL all day long!)

You may also add some potatoes, carrots, onions...whatever you like. But just those 3 ingredients make one of the most delicious main courses that you will ever eat.
