Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients:
1
1 can
1 bottle
pork shoulder roast (1 - 2 pounds)
Coke / Pepsi / Rootbeer
BBQ sauce (your favorite)
Procedure:
  1. Put pork in your slow cooker.
  2. Pour the pop(soda) over it.
  3. Cook on slow over night.
  4. Remove pork from liquid and shred by pulling the pork apart with forks.
  5. Add BBQ sauce to the pork and mix it together.
  6. Pour cooking liquid from cooker.
  7. Return the pulled pork to the slow cooker and heat up.
That's it...ready to eat and very very yummy and SO easy! I served this to my friends a couple weeks ago and they really raved about it.
