Buffalo Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

1/4 c
1/4 c

hard boiled eggs
soft bleu cheese
mayo
finely diced celery
hot sauce to taste
salt (taste as blu cheese is salty)& pepper
celery leafs for garnish or thinly sliced celery
Procedure:
  1. Mash egg yolks and bleu cheese together.
  2. Add mayo and celery.
  3. Start putting in drops of hot sauce until you think it's right.
My DH really likes them and I took some to a potluck yesterday and everyone liked them.
