hard
boiled eggs soft bleu cheese mayo finely diced celery hot sauce to taste salt (taste as blu cheese is
salty)& pepper celery leafs for garnish or thinly sliced celery
Procedure:
Mash egg yolks and bleu cheese together.
Add mayo and celery.
Start putting in drops of hot sauce until you think it's right.
My DH really likes them and I took some to a
potluck yesterday and everyone liked them.
