Hot Seafood Dip

Ingredients:

cream cheese, at room temperature
mayonnaise
imitation crabmeat (surimi), chopped
Fontina cheese, shredded
(4 oz.) tiny shrimp, drained
scallions, chopped, 1/2 cup
minced red pepper
30% less sodium Old Bay seasoning
chopped fresh cilantro
grated lemon zest
Crackers and assorted vegetables, such as baby carrots and red and yellow pepper strips.

Procedure:
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until blended and smooth.
  3. Stir in crab-meat, Fontina, shrimp, scallions, red pepper, Old Bay seasoning, cilantro and zest.
  4. Transfer mixture to shallow 1-qt. baking dish.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with crackers and assorted vegetables.
