Butternut Squash Casserole

Ingredients:

medium butternut squash (about 8-9" long)*
butter or margarine
cinnamon
nutmeg
allspice
brown sugar
sugar
milk
eggs
salt
* You will need 6-7 cups of cooked squash cubes

Procedure:
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Grease a 9" x 9" baking dish. (or a 1 1/2qt casserole dish).
  3. Peel the squash,cut it in half & remove the seeds, then cube and boil it till done.
  4. Mash the squash.
  5. Using an electric beater blend the rest of the ingredients into the squash.
  6. Pour into the greased dish.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
