Seafood pizza

Ingredients:
1/2 lb
8 oz.
3 c
1/2 c
3- 4

peeled cooked shrimp
crabmeat ( can be real or imitation, but I used real, can't stand the fake stuff )
shredded Mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
cloves minced garlic
minced parsley
Olive oil ( about 1/3 cup)
Pizza dough (Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough - or homemade)
Procedure:
  1. Spray pan with Pam- roll out pizza dough and top with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
  2. Saute garlic in olive oil for several minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and crabmeat, mixing well with garlic and oil.
  4. Add parsley and mix well.
  5. Place crab/shrimp mixture on crust.
  6. Cover with remaining cheeses.
  7. Bake according to your pizza crust directions or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling.
