Mexican Cornbread

eggs, beaten
sour cream
canned creamed corn
shortening, melted
cornmeal
jalépeno peppers
cheddar cheese, grated
Procedure:

1.  Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2.  Combine all ingredients.
3.  Pour into greased 9" X 13" pan.
4.  Bake for 40 minutes or until done.
