Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake (ww)

Ingredients:

all purpose flour
(18 1/2 oz) yellow cake mix
instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
fat-free egg substitute
fat-free sour cream
water
vegetable oil
vanilla extract
mini chocolate chips
powdered sugar
Procedure:
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Coat 10 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray, dust inside with flour.
  3. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, egg substitute, sour cream, water, oil and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix on low speed for 30 seconds until dry ingredients are moist.
  5. Then mix on medium speed until batter is smooth, about 2 min.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and level the surface.
  8. Bake until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
  9. Allow to cool in pan on a wire rack for 20 min.
  10. Invert cake onto rack and cool completely.
  11. Sift powdered sugar over the cake just before serving.
(You can always add your favorite icing, if you aren't too worried about the extra calories)
