Not Yo' Mama's Banana Pudding

Ingredients:
2 bags
6 to 8
2 c

1 pkg
1 can
1 tub
Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies
bananas, sliced
milk
(5-oz) instant French vanilla pudding
(8-oz) cream cheese, softened
(14-oz) sweetened condensed milk
(12-oz) frozen whipped topping thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream
Procedure:
  1. Line the bottom of a 13" x 9" x 2" dish with 1 bag of cookies.
  2. Layer bananas on top.
  3. In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld electric mixer.
  4. Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth.
  5. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.
  7. Pour the mixture over the cookies and bananas and cover with the remaining cookies.
  8. Refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours (maybe 12) to let the cookies absorb the moisture.
Yields: 10 - 12 servings.
