Menehune Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

1 c
1/2 c
2 T
1 can
6 slices
1/4 c
eggs, beaten
firmly packed brown sugar
butter
all purpose flower
(15oz) crushed (or chunk) pineapple in juice
stale bread, cubed or torn
coconut
Procedure:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Butter a casserole dish.
  3. In a large bowl combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour, pineapple with juices, coconut and bread cubes.
  4. Mix well
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  6. Bake until knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
Yield: 8 servings.
