Chocolate Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients:
2 c
1/2 c
1/4 c
1/2 c
1 tsp
milk
honey
quick-cooking tapioca
semi-sweet chocolate morsels
vanilla extract
Procedure:
  1. In a medium saucepan, stir together the milk, honey and tapioca.
  2. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium-high heat.
  4. Stirring frequently, bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Continue to cook and stir for 3 more minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add the chocolate morsels and vanilla.
  8. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  9. Pour or spoon into individual serving dishes.
  10. Serve warm or cold.
