Berry Cream Cake

Ingredients:
2 small
3 c
 
16 oz
16 oz
2 T
angel food cakes (or 1 large one)
assorted berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
more or less according to taste
whipped topping (fat free)
cream cheese (fat free)
orange juice
Procedure:
  1. Cut or tear angel food cake into cubes.
  2. Blend cream cheese and orange juice until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. In a large bowl, layer in this order several layers: **
       cake cubes
       berries
       cream cheese mixture
  5. End with a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Refrigerate at least one hour.

** a glass bowl makes this pretty to look at!!
