Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix cake mix, eggs and oil for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Pie Filling.
- Pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool & serve with Cool Whip.
This cake will be gooey like a brownie so you cannot test for doneness with a toothpick.
Note - the cake is low in
fat and cholesterol when egg substitute is used in place of eggs.
