Meatball Soup

Ingredients:

Meatballs:
1 lb

ground beef
eggs
bread crumbs
Romano cheese
small onion, chopped fine
clove garlic, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
parsley to taste
Soup:
8 c
1

water
2lb, 3oz can of Progresso peeled tomatoes (run through a blender for one minute)
chicken breasts
onion, chopped fine
carrots sliced
stalks celery, chopped fine

Procedure:
  1. Mix meatball ingredients and make into small meatballs.
  2. Fill a large pot with water.
  3. Add meatballs.
  4. Add remaining soup ingredients.
  5. Cook for 2 1/2 to three hours.
  6. Remove the chicken breasts and chop or shred, then add back to soup.
