Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients:
1 can
2 cans
 
4 or 5
1 can
green beans, drained
whole potatoes
salt & pepper to taste
pork chops
Cream of Mushroom soup
Procedure:
  1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
  2. Use a greased 7" x 11" baking dish.
  3. Put green beans and potatoes into dish.
  4. Add salt & pepper.
  5. Put the pork chops on top of the green beans and potatoes.
  6. Spread one can Cream of Mushroom soup over the pork chops.
       (I actually spoon a bit over the GB & potatoes, too)
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 300 for 2 hours.
Sometimes I make this recipe using Tomato Soup rather than Mushroom.
