The Ladybugs' Recipes

Crock-pot Continental Chicken

Ingredients:
1 pkg

8 slices
1/4 c
1/4 c
1 can
dried beef
chicken skinless breast halves, boned
bacon
flour
sour cream
mushroom soup -- undiluted **
Procedure:
  1. On bottom of greased crock-pot, arrange dried beef.
  2. Wrap each piece of chicken with a strip of bacon and lay on top of dried beef.
  3. In a small bowl, blend sour cream and flour.
  4. Add soup and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour mixture over chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low, 8 to 10 hours (or 3 to 5 hours on high heat). Serve over hot noodles.
Yield: 8 servings

** I substitute cream of chicken soup for mushroom soup, since I’m allergic to mushrooms.
