Creamy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
1 lb
1 T
1/3 c
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 can
1 can
1 tsp
1/8 tsp
8oz
1/2 c
ground beef
dehyraded onion
flour
salt
pepper
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
beef broth
ground mustard
marjoram
noodles, cooked and drained
sour cream
Procedure:
  1. In a skillet, brown beef over medium heat with onion until no longer pink.
  2. Drain, stir in flour and salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in soup, broth, mustard, marjoram.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in noodles and sour cream.
  6. Heat through but do not boil.
Makes 6-8 servings.
